Q. Is there parking available?
Parking: First-come, first-served basis 1 car / 700 yen per night
If the parking lot is full, please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot.
A parking permit is required, so please ask at the front desk upon arrival.
Starting from June 1, 2024, the start time of parking will be from 1:00 p.m.
Please do not park in the parking lot of the Ote-machi Clinic.
Q. Can I check out late?
A flat rate of 3,000 yen per room is available up to a maximum of 2 hours.
After midnight, a one-night stay fee will be charged and the stay will be treated as an extra night.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the reservation situation.
Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time: 15:00 – 22:00
*If a check-in time is set in the plan, the plan takes precedence.
Please be sure to contact us if you plan to arrive later than the scheduled arrival time or 22:00.
If you are unable to contact us on the day of your arrival and do not arrive until after 22:00, we may cancel your reservation on the day of your arrival.
