Rules

In order to maintain the public nature and safety of the facility, all visitors to the facility are required to abide by the following rules and regulations. Failure to abide by these rules will result in denial of use of the facility.

No smoking at all

Smoking is not permitted in the building and all rooms (including electronic cigarettes).
If found, we will charge a minimum of 30,000 yen for cleaning and deodorizing.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Front Desk Hours

From 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Please note that the front desk staff may not be available during these hours.

Entrance Locking Hours

Automatic entrance doors will be locked between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Parking Lot

Parking: First-come, first-served basis 1 car / 500 yen per night
If the parking lot is full, please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot.
A parking permit is required, so please ask at the front desk upon arrival.
Starting from June 1, 2024, the start time of parking will be from 1:00 p.m.

Please do not park in the parking lot of the Ote-machi Clinic.

Please refrain from bringing in the following items or acts that may disturb other guests in the hotel.

Do not smoke in beds or other fire-prone areas, or in any other areas not designated by the facility.
Please check the evacuation route map on the back of the room entrance door immediately upon arrival.
Do not disturb other guests by loud singing, boisterous behavior, or any other behavior.
Do not bring any of the following items into the hallways or guest rooms
Animals, birds, or other pets (excluding assistance dogs and pet rooms). (Animals, birds, or other pets (excluding assistance dogs and pet rooms)
Gunpowder, volatile oil, or other flammable or combustible materials
Items that emit a foul odor.
Guns, swords, or stimulants whose possession is prohibited by law.
Gambling or any other conduct that may disturb public morals or cause inconvenience to other patrons.
Advertising, distribution of promotional materials, sales of goods, solicitation, etc.
Conducting conversations in inappropriate places, talking loudly, or otherwise disturbing other guests when using a cell phone.
Do not attach objects to the building or equipment of the facility, or do anything that may alter the current state of the facility.
Do not take items in your room out of the facility or move them to another place in the facility.
In the event of loss or damage to the facility’s equipment or fixtures, you are responsible for all replacement or repair costs, as well as all labor and shipping costs associated with such replacement or repair.
Please cooperate with the separation of garbage according to the notes.
Please do not invite guests into the guest room to use the facilities and goods in the guest room.
If you wish to extend your stay, you must pay the bill before the extension.

Boryokudan and Boryokudan-members and cases where there is a possibility of a breach of public order

Designated crime syndicates and members of designated crime syndicates, etc., as defined by the “Law Concerning Prevention of Unjust Acts by Members of Crime Syndicates” (enforced on March 1, 1992), are not permitted to use the hotel. (If such a fact is discovered after making a reservation or during your stay, we will refuse your use of the hotel at that time.)
Antisocial groups and members of antisocial groups (such as organized crime groups and radical groups and their members) are not permitted to use the hotel. (If such a fact is discovered after making a reservation or during your stay, we will refuse your use of the hotel at that time.)
If any violent, threatening, blackmailing, intimidating, or unjust demand or any similar act is found, you will be asked to immediately refrain from using the hotel. We also ask that those who have committed similar acts in the past also refrain from using the hotel.
If a guest is mentally or physically weak, or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and is unable to ensure his/her own safety, or if he/she is deemed to be a danger to other guests or to cause fear or anxiety, he/she will not be permitted to stay at the hotel immediately.
If a guest is found to be causing disgust or inconvenience to others by shouting, singing, boisterous behavior, or any other such behavior in the hotel or guest rooms, or if a guest is found to be gambling or offending public order and morals, the hotel will immediately refuse his/her use of the hotel. Any other acts similar to those listed above will result in denial of use.
