About Pet Friendly Rooms
The first pet is free of charge
Additional charge for the second pet and thereafter: 3,000 yen per pet per night
Up to 3 pets are allowed in Grand Suite 1 only, 2 pets are allowed in other rooms.
Please note that this room is for accommodation with dogs and cats, so please be careful of allergies.
Usually, the dog will be prepared in a dog gauge. If you wish to stay with cats, please contact us in advance or indicate in the remarks column that you will be staying with cats.
About Cleaning
Rooms are not cleaned during your stay.
New towels, bath mats, and pajamas are available on the 4th and 5th floors, and we ask that you change them yourself. For long-term guests, we will clean the rooms every three days for hygiene reasons.
