- In order to avoid the spread of infection, some of the services we have been providing may not be available. Please understand that we may not be able to provide some of the services that we used to provide.
- If you feel sick or unwell during your stay, please inform our staff immediately.
- Please take your temperature in advance on the day of your stay.
*We may refuse your stay if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, or if you have any symptoms such as fatigue. *We conduct temperature checks at the entrance. We appreciate your cooperation. - We do not have baggage carrying assistance at check-in. Due to the fact that our hotel is operated with a minimum number of staff, we ask our guests to carry their luggage and put it in their rooms by themselves.
